Are you open in wet weather?Junglemania is an outdoor attraction... our ‘Adventure Golf’ & ‘Mini Land Rover Safari’ continue to run in wet weather. Please note: Our course & track are not covered. We therefore recommend you bring suitable waterproof clothing & an umbrella, if it’s wet. Junglemania Management, at it’s sole discretion - reserve the right to close our attractions at any time. If our attractions are closed ... you will be notified & offered the opportunity to book an alternative date. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

Is Car Parking Available?Free onsite car parking is available. Please note; Junglemania Adventure Golf Ltd, accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft whilst on our premises. All vehicles are left at your own risk.

How many people can play, per tee time?We allow a maximum of 5 players per tee time. This helps maintain speed of play - so all our guests can enjoy their adventure. Should you wish to play with more than 5 players... please book consecutive tee times (5 minutes apart) and you'll be able to follow each other around the course.

I've booked tickets online, can I change the date / time after booking?Requests for amendments to a booking(s) must be made at least 48 hours prior to your date of visit. Please note; We can only change a booking once. The new date / time is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please email: hello@junglemaniagolf.com and our team will do their best to assist. Unfortunately, We're unable to make changes to bookings outside of this period, and refunds are not given under any circumstances.

What age do you have to be to drive the Mini Land Rovers?Our 'Mini Land Rover Safari' is suitable for children ages: 3 - 10. The price of £17.50 is per car, which will seat up to 2 Children. (A Driver & A Passenger) *Maximum Height is: 5’ or 150cm. Please note: A Parent | Guardian (18+) is required, to supervise each car, at all times. You will be required to walk behind the vehicle, with a remote provided (to enable you to stop the car if needed.)

Are refreshments & snacks available?Yes ... we have mouth watering treats onsite with a 'Dessert Hut' from 'Fruchoc Bubble Dessert Co. including; Freshly made Waffle Sticks, Whippy Ice Cream, Shakes, Bubble Tea & Frozen Slushies. www.fruchoc.com We also have a cafe, serving a range of barista coffee, soft drinks, crisps, chocolate bars, hot dogs & pizza's. Seating is available both inside the cafe & outside on our Picnic Benches.

Can we bring our own food & drink with us?Unfortunately, we do not permit guests to bring their own food and drink to consume on the premises.

Is the Adventure Golf course pushchair friendly?You're more than welcome to use a pushchair around the inside path of the course. Please note: The path is a gravel surface and some holes do not have step-free access.

Do you have a baby change facility?Yes, our baby change is located inside our disabled toilet on site.

Is the Adventure Golf course wheelchair accessible?The holes themselves are not accessible for wheelchairs. We do have a path which follows the holes around the inside of the course, which can be used to view the action. Please note: This path is gravel stone and uneven. Some users may not be able to navigate on this surface. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to your visit and our team will be happy to advise / assist. We do however have a wheelchair accessible ramp, next to our disabled car park space - which leads up into our Cafe, where you are more than welcome to join us for a refreshment.

Do you offer free carer tickets?Disabled guests can obtain one free ticket for their Carer upon arrival, when providing proof of disability. Disabled guests will need to book their ticket online via our website, prior to arrival. For proof of disability please bring ONE of the following forms of documentation: ​ - Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book. - Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award - Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) - A valid Blue Badge - In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) - A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted - A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card - Credability’s Access Card ​ A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of the visit.

Can we bring our dog(s) with us?Unfortunately we're unable to allow dogs onto our premises, unless they're service dogs. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the cancellation policy of tickets purchased online?As per our Term's & Condition's accepted at the time of your online booking, all tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Should you need to change the date or time of your booking, you must contact us at least 48 hours prior to the date of your visit. You may only make a change once per booking. Please email: hello@junglemaniagolf.com with your new preferred date / time and our team will be happy to assist. *Please note; re-scheduling your booking is subject to availability.

I don't want to play Adventure Golf and prefer to spectate only - is this allowed?We're responsible for closely managing capacity on the course at all times. Regrettably, our policy is to not permit spectators on the course at this time. ​ You are however, welcome to join us either in the cafe or outside on our picnic benches, whilst waiting.

Is smoking permitted at Junglemania Adventure Golf?We operate a no smoking policy out on the course and kindly ask you to refrain from smoking whilst playing adventure golf. There is an ashtray on the sidewall of our cafe (at the side of our picnic benches) and we ask you to smoke in this designated area.

How long does the 'Mini Land Rover Safari' last?The 'Mini Land Rover Safari' lasts approximately; 40 minutes. This includes a safety briefing.

Do I need to bring my own golf ball / putter?All equipment is provided. We have a variety of sizes of Putters to suit the majority of peoples height.

How long does it take to complete 18-Holes of Adventure Golf?This depends on how busy we are at the time of your visit. It can take anywhere between 45 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes.
